About Me

Although I have always been reasonably fit I was late to embark on routine exercise. In reponse to a midlife crisis at 47, I started running and began to support this with strength training and found that I really enjoyed it! I have taken part in Ultra Marathons, from 50k to 100 miles.

Exercise aside, I have 4 children, all young adults now, and I also run a wool manufacturing business with my sister.

Level 3 Personal Trainer
Level 3 Ante and Post Natal Exercise
